WHAT IS YOUR NEW CLIENT PROCEDURE?
Those who are interested in becoming clients can schedule a 15 minute discovery call with Nadine. Once a client, an initial consultation appointment can be scheduled. Due to the current circumstances relating to COVID-19, consultations will be conducted via zoom, and usually lasts approximately 90 minutes. The initial consultation is a time to discuss you - to share your story, and medical history, and review the basic pillars of what will be expected for the journey ahead.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
Soul Minded Integrative Health has a fee for service model and does not participate with insurance plans. Health Consulting is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or condition. We will not make any medical diagnosis, or substitutes for medical care, nor will we provide a second opinion to your current medical condition in any way, or offer an alternative to your personal physician's medical plan. Our role is to partner with you to provide education, ongoing support and accountability as you implement an action plan to optimize and maintain health. We require invoices to be paid prior to appointment time.
WHAT DOES "UNLIMITED ACCESS" MEAN?
At Soul Minded Integrative Health, we believe that healing requires a multi-faceted approach, and that each individual requires different measures in order to attain success in the healing process. Therefore, Nadine offers her clients access to her via email or text anytime. It is expected that this privilege will be respected, and that clients will contact her only as necessary, and during reasonable hours. If at anytime, it is decided that this privilege is being taken advantage of, Nadine maintains her right to withdraw this privilege.
CAN A HEALTH CONSULTANT REPLACE MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR?
No. Health Consulting does not utilize a medical license, and therefore will not write prescriptions, order traditional lab tests, or make medical diagnosis. Through the utilization of the Functional Medicine approach, health barriers, such as detoxification impairment, mitochondrial dysfunction, trauma, environmental toxicities, hormonal and GI dysfunction, or allergies, are identified, and addressed. An individualized plan is curated and implemented with unlimited support as you put the plan into action and achieve your health goals.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please provide at least 24 hour advance notice if cancellation is necessary. There will be a $50 fee for "no-shows" or late cancellations.
